15 Photos From Barcelona

A few days after the new year I did a very millennial thing and started a second Instagram account. In an effort to record more from my life I decided to post a picture a day of what I was doing in order to be able to look back on each day and remember at least one thing that had happened during that space of time. While most of the time my feed is full of pictures of my textbooks and the copious amounts of coffee I get from the cafe down the street, while I was traveling my Instagram served as a constant reminder to take pictures, every day, even after the newness of the experience wore off.

Having spent 5 weeks in Spain this summer, I have hundreds of pictures from Barcelona alone clogging up the storage of my iPhone. Although most are poorly lighted, slightly blurry and have heads of random people popping up in the frame, each snapshot captures a moment of what I was seeing, doing and learning in my time in Spain.

Here’s a taste of Barcelona through my Instagram feed.
